You assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake and/or treats once it leaves The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch possession. Please follow the Cake Care Instructions sent via email and taped to your cake box.

The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch does not ship cakes or treats!

Any photos submitted must be PROFESSIONALLY TAKEN. NO CAMERA PHONE PHOTOS. 

Please advise The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch has the right to decline usage of poor quality photos, as well as photos with profane/obscene language or images.

Sublimation is a chemical process that takes a solid to a gaseous state, skipping the liquid phase. In sublimation printing, “solid” ink is embedded into a polyester substrate by heating it straight to a gas.

The result is a high quality, permanent, design that becomes a part of your material.

If Client requests a refund within hours of the Event, Client must return the cake & treats as given. There will be no negotiation of refund if cake/treats are cut and/or consumed. In order to negotiation a partial refund the cake/treats will have to be returned as given. Vendor may issue refund of monies paid less the non-refundable retainer and the cost of personalized supplies on a case by case basis. 

Once your order has been shipped, The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or broken items.for any lost, stolen, damaged or broken items. The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch will indeed package all items the best way we can but cannot guarantee nothing will arrive broke.

Unfortunately No Refunds or Replacements will be issued.

Once your order has been shipped, The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch is not responsible for any shipping delays due to weather, pandemic, or acts of God. No refunds will be provided for any shipping delays. 

There will be no refunds if your package is returned to The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch or mis-delivered to wrong address, due to wrong address provided when ordering. Please triple check your shipping address BEFORE completing order.

If you have to cancel your order due to party cancellation or postponment please contact us ASAP. You will be issued store credit for a future order within 6 months, minus any suplies already purchased to priduce your order..

PROOFS
A proof will be sent via email based on all information provided. Please be sure to include as much detail as possible for designing purposes. Please double check for any spelling and/or grammatical errors when inputting your information above. You are allowed 2-3 edits to the design based on the item, so be sure to include ALL edits needed, as additional design edits will be an additional price. 

After Proof is approved, no changes can be made. So be sure to double check names, ages and wording etc. 

Note: Your Digital File will not be sent until proof is approved. The longer you wait to approve your proof the longer it will take to receive your file for printing.
