    - Half of 7" cake

    - 7-8  servings

    -1 theme per bundle/ special

     

    - 1 treat type per dozen **(if special/bundles has treats)**

     

    - 1-2 colors max for Chocolate/Buttercream on treats

     

    - 1 cake flavor for both the cake and cupcakes (cupcakes will have no filling, only buttercream and decorations)

     

    - Treats will be decorated to match the cake. Any of the following will be used based on theme;  edible images, fondant, sprinkles, or acrylic will be used.

     

    - This package is for a freestyle cake. The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch has full creative control for the design. Photos of inspiration are welcomed but will be used a references. No design will be an exact replica. If you would like an exact design please email thebgtouch@gmail.com and we will discuss the details for an Upgrade Fee.

     

    - NO DRIP CAKES 

     

    -NO GRAVITY DEFYING CAKES 

     

    - NO CAKE SEPRATORS

     

    -NO SQUARE or OTHER shaped Cakes not listed in Description

  • Pick Up Information

    • Pick Up Address will be sent out via email the week of your orders due date.

    Pick Up times are:

    Monday-Friday 11am-1pm 3pm-5pm 7pm-8pm

    Saturday-Sunday 9am-12pm

     

    You assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake and/or treats once it leaves The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch possession. Please follow the Cake Care Instructions sent via email and taped to your cake box.

  • Cancellation Policy
    • All Sales are FINAL SALE! However...
     
    Cancellations & Postponements must be emailed to us no less then 5 days to your event date. In the event that you must cancel or postpone your Event due to fire, flood at party location, or cause beyond the control of the parties (such as government shut down or pandemic), you will be able to use the balance as a credit, minus the cost of personalized supplies, or theme specific supplies toward a future order within 6 months. After 6 months the credit will expire. Credit will be issued via Gift Card.

     

     

  • Refund Policy

    • If Client requests a refund within hours of the Event, Client must return the cake & treats as given. There will be no negotiation of refund if cake/treats are cut and/or consumed. In order to negotiation a partial refund the cake/treats will have to be returned as given. Vendor may issue refund of monies paid less the non-refundable retainer and the cost of personalized supplies on a case by case basis.
