ColorsPlease note Acrylic does not come in every color and shade of the world so please be simple. Example: ivory, black, pastel green, lavenger. NOT nude, coal, sage green, wisteria.
Please provide all colors you would like used within your design. Please include any Accent colors. (gold, silver, rose, etc.) Colors not given will not be used.
Design DetailsThe Beautiful Gorgeous Touch will design based on the information you provide. If you do not provide it, it will not used. Additional charges will apply if you need Full design edits based on the lack of information you did not provide.
Please describe the look your going for. Please be sure to be descriptive as possible, as you will NOT be contacted prior to design process. Please include any notes, needs, concepts, etc. in your order. The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch will design based on the information you provide.
Menu Items/Ingredients & Wording We are not accepting Incomplete Orders. Example: "waiting on client", "not sure yet", "will email", "TBD" are all examples of incomplete orders. Incomplete orders will be CANCELLED & REFUNDED
Provide the wording EXACTLY as you would like it to appear on your Menu. Please make sure to double check this spelling. Text is copied and pasted exactly as provided, and can not be altered after design process has begun. Please do not continue if you do not have the menu items/Wording. Incomplete orders will be CANCELLED & REFUNDED.

The below items are additional and not included in the price. If you do not purchase add ons they will not be included on your Menu.
Order Information Disclosure
The Information I provided above is ACCURATE & COMPLETE. Any CHANGES will require The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch' approval via email, and may be subject to additional costs. I understand that I will NOT be contacted prior to design process therefore I have provided all the needed Design Details above. I have double check spelling and all is correct.
Menu Disclosure
I have read the description of this product and I am aware of its details. I also looked at the photos for reference and am aware of the style of this product. These items call for arch, square and or basic shapes and smaller additional items. I understand that the ideas I submit are subject to raise the pricing of this item if they are out of range of the products description based on size and budget. *If you are unsure if what your requesting is included in this items pricing please email your request instead of placing this order. Or you will be responsible for any price increases.*
Rush Fee
If my order is placed less than 2 weeks of the DATE that I selected above, I am responsible to add this fee to my cart before completing check out. I understand that if I do not add the Rush Order Fee to my cart I will be invoiced for it and it will need to be paid within 24 hours or my order will be CANCELLED and REFUNDED.
Shipping Disclosure
I am aware that these are extremely fragile items. And no amount of bubble wrap or "Fragile Stickers" can stop the careless workers of UPS, USPS & FedEx from treating the package like disposable garage. The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch will indeed package all items the best way we can but cannot guarantee nothing will arrive broke. Unfortunately No Refunds or Replacements will be issued if items are broken.

    • This menu option includes:

    -2 color pieces arch etc

    -up to 5 engraved line items 

    -up to 2 color acrylic wording or cut out

    - base included

    TWO free rounds of digital proofs are provided. Once proof is approved no changes can be made. If you see an error after proof is approved and production has started you will be required to pay additional cost for each that have been made incorrectly.


    For further customization of design please inquire about possibilities before purchasing. Extra Customization may be done at an additional cost.

     

    Please order at least 2 weeks to your event date. If. you need an order for less then 2 weeks please confirm via email before the order. Not all colors are easily accessible. Any orders placed within 2 weeks are considered Rush Orders and will require you to add the “RUSH ORDER FEE” to your cart. 

     

  • Shipping

    • Once your order has been shipped, The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or broken items.for any lost, stolen, damaged or broken items. The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch will indeed package all items the best way we can but cannot guarantee nothing will arrive broke.

    Unfortunately No Refunds or Replacements will be issued.

    Once your order has been shipped, The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch is not responsible for any shipping delays due to weather, pandemic, or acts of God. No refunds will be provided for any shipping delays. 

     

    There will be no refunds if your package is returned to The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch or mis-delivered to wrong address, due to wrong address provided when ordering. Please triple check your shipping address BEFORE completing order.

    • We do not accept returns as all items are custom made to order.

    If you have to cancel your order due to party cancellation or postponment please contact us ASAP. You will be issued store credit for a future order within 6 months, minus any suplies already purchased to priduce your order..
