Cancellations & Postponements must be emailed to us no less then 5 days to your event date. In the event that you must cancel or postpone your Event due to fire, flood at party location, or cause beyond the control of the parties (such as government shut down or pandemic), you will be able to use the balance, less the cost of personalized supplies, or theme specific supplies toward a future order within 6 months. After 6 months the credit will expire.
