Design DetailsThe Beautiful Gorgeous Touch will design based on the information you provide. If you do not provide it, it will not used. Additional charges will apply if you need Full design edits based on the lack of information you did not provide.
Please describe the look your going for. Please be sure to be descriptive as possible, as you will NOT be contacted prior to design process. Please include any notes, needs, concepts, etc. in your order. The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch will design based on the information you provide.
Photo
Only if you would like a photo of your Child/Children in the design Must be on a clean background and person must be still. Please advise we The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch has the right to decline usage of poor quality photos, as well as photos with profane/obscene language or images.
Order Information Disclosure
The Information I provided above is ACCURATE & COMPLETE. Any CHANGES will require The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch' approval via email, and may be subject to additional costs. I understand that I will NOT be contacted prior to design process therefore I have provided all the needed Design Details above. I have double check spelling and all is correct.
Digital File Disclosure
I understand that Digital Files are custom designs that will be emailed in High Resolution .PDF format for me to print myself. I am aware that no physical items will be printed or shipped and that I must get these items printed on my own.
Entryway Cut Out
I understand there will be a white space that needs to be hand cut. Keep in mind, the cutting process is very simple and very hard to mess up. A cutting line will be provided.
Rush Fee
If my order is placed less than 2 weeks of the DATE that I selected above, I am responsible to add this fee to my cart before completing check out. I understand that if I do not add the Rush Order Fee to my cart I will be invoiced for it and it will need to be paid within 24 hours or my order will be CANCELLED and REFUNDED.

    • You are responsible to print your digital file. You will receive a PDF file of your design not a physical backdrop.

    You must cut out the white rectangle!

    Please order at least 2 weeks to your event date. Any orders placed within 2 weeks are considered Rush Orders and will require you to add the “RUSH ORDER FEE” to your cart.

    Any photos submitted must be PROFESSIONALLY TAKEN. NO CAMERA PHONE PHOTOS.

    • What is a Digital File?
    A completed print ready design file that will be emailed in High Resolution .PDF  format for you to send to your local print vendors to print.
     YOU MUST GET THESE ITEMS PRINTED ON YOUR OWN! .

    No Physical Items will be Printed or Shipped!

    Local NY printing company, and shipping  recommendations will be sent with all Digital File Purchases.

     

  • Photo Submission

    • Any photos submitted must be PROFESSIONALLY TAKEN. NO CAMERA PHONE PHOTOS. 

    Please advise The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch has the right to decline usage of poor quality photos, as well as photos with profane/obscene language or images.

     

  • Proofs

    • PROOFS
    A proof will be sent via email based on all information provided. Please be sure to include as much detail as possible for designing purposes. Please double check for any spelling and/or grammatical errors when inputting your information above. You are allowed 2-3 edits to the design based on the item, so be sure to include ALL edits needed, as additional design edits will be an additional price. 

     

    After Proof is approved, no changes can be made. So be sure to double check names, ages and wording etc. 

     

    Note: Your Digital File will not be sent until proof is approved. The longer you wait to approve your proof the longer it will take to receive your file for printing.

     

  • Terms of Use

    • All designs are copyrighted - You have the right to print out as many copies of this product as you want for its intended purposes.

     

    Designs are for PERSONAL one-time use only. Products created are not for commercial and/or licensed use, nor are designs allowed to be altered or resold. Designs are strictly for PERSONAL USE ONLY.

    Items produced are not for commercial use. You MAY NOT forward, share, alter, sell or distribute any file(s), in whole or in part.
