Weather Advisory
I understand that The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch is not responsible for any melted/frozen candy as there isn't much we can do about the weather during transportation, nor the amount of time your package will spend in the heat/cold. Please be sure to track your package and collect it from outside as soon as possible.
Rush Fee
I am aware that the package price does not include a rush fee. If my order is placed less than 2 weeks of the DATE that I selected above, I am responsible to add this fee to my cart before completing check out. I understand that if I do not add the Rush Order Fee to my cart I will be invoiced for it and it will need to be paid within 24 hours or my order will be CANCELLED and REFUNDED.

    1 dozen (12) of each favor type.

    Favors can be customized to any theme or color scheme.

    PACKAGES ARE SOLD AS IS! NO SUBSTITUTIONS OR ALTERATIONS! 


    2 edits are allowed. You will receive 1 design proof for 1-2 item. Once approved, the design will be coordinated thought all items in the package. You will NOT receive proof for all items. NO ORDERS WILL BE MADE UNTIL YOU APPROVE YOUR PROOF!      

    Please order at least 2 weeks to your event date. Any orders placed within 2 weeks are considered Rush Orders and will require you to add the “RUSH ORDER FEE” to your cart.

  • Shipping

    • Once your order has been shipped, The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or broken items.for any lost, stolen, damaged or broken items. The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch will indeed package all items the best way we can but cannot guarantee nothing will arrive broke.

    Unfortunately No Refunds or Replacements will be issued.

    Once your order has been shipped, The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch is not responsible for any shipping delays due to weather, pandemic, or acts of God. No refunds will be provided for any shipping delays. 

     

    There will be no refunds if your package is returned to The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch or mis-delivered to wrong address, due to wrong address provided when ordering. Please triple check your shipping address BEFORE completing order.

  • Returns

    • We do not accept returns as all items are custom made to order.

    If you have to cancel your order due to party cancellation or postponment please contact us ASAP. You will be issued store credit for a future order within 6 months, minus any suplies already purchased to priduce your order..

  • Refunds

    • WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

  • Favor Package Proofs

    • A proof will be sent via email based on all information provided. Please be sure to include as much detail as possible for designing purposes. Please double check for any spelling and/or grammatical errors when inputting your information above.

     

    You are allowed 2 edits for favors. You will receive 1 design proof for 1-2 item. Once approved, the design will be coordinated thought all items in the package. You will NOT receive proof for all items. NO ORDERS WILL BE MADE UNTIL YOU APPROVE YOUR PROOF!

     

    After Proof is approved, no changes can be made. So be sure to double check names, ages and wording etc.
