Event Theme & Colors Please note Acrylic does not come in every color and shade of the world so please be simple. Example: ivory, black, pastel green, lavenger. NOT nude, coal, sage green, wisteria.
Please provide both the theme of your event and the colors. This will help determine colors for all your items as a set. Example: Emerald City ( green, gold and black)
DesignThe Beautiful Gorgeous Touch is fully capable of designing event logos!
Please note not all images/logos from other designers can be used. All outside design are subject to modifications. Vinyl is used on this product, not screen printing.Therefore, extremely detailed, skinny, small and intricate designs with tiny pieces will NOT be used. If you are unsure about your design please email before ordering.
Cup Options
Please choose your cups. If you choose the stadium cup please note that all 50 cups will be 1 color. Cup and Wording colors to TBD once order is placed.
Cups & Napkins Example: Amanda's Dirty 30- Amanda's in pink and Dirty 30 in gold
Design DetailsThe Beautiful Gorgeous Touch will design based on the information you provide. If you do not provide it, it will not used. Additional charges will apply if you need Full design edits based on the lack of information you did not provide.
Please describe the look your going for. Please be sure to be descriptive as possible, as you will NOT be contacted prior to design process. Please include any notes, needs, concepts, etc. in your order. The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch will design based on the information you provide.
Menu ItemsProvide the wording EXACTLY as you would like it to appear on your item. Please make sure to double check this spelling. Text is copied and pasted exactly as provided.
Please type up to 6 menu items (& ingredients if wanted) as you would like it to appear on the menu. No more than 6 menu items are allowed for this size in order for it to be legible. No exceptions. Provide the wording EXACTLY as you would like it to appear on your item.
Menu Add On
The below items are additional and not included in the price. If you do not purchase add ons they will not be included on your Menu.
Bundle Disclosure
This Bundle includes: 1 8x10 Bar Menu, 50 Drink Stirrers, 50 Napkins and 50 Cups. All items in this bundle will coordinate as per your theme and colors. This Bundle is sold as is, there will be absolutely no substitutions or alterations. This bundle cannot be broken up for multiple events, 1 event per bundle. If you would like more Cups and/or Napkins you can add them on by visiting the " Acrylic Decor Add On" page.
Order Details & Informations
Once order is placed you will be emailed requesting all missing information and go over details. (cup & napkin color etc). Please be sure to check your email! Email will be sent out within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Information & Disclosure
I am aware that these are extremely fragile items. And no amount of bubble wrap or "Fragile Stickers" can stop the careless workers of UPS, USPS & FedEx from treating the package like disposable garage. The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch will indeed package all items the best way we can but cannot guarantee nothing will arrive broke. Unfortunately No Refunds or Replacements will be issued if items are broken.
Rush Fee
If my order is placed less than 2 weeks of the DATE that I selected above, I am responsible to add this fee to my cart before completing check out. I understand that if I do not add the Rush Order Fee to my cart I will be invoiced for it and it will need to be paid within 24 hours or my order will be CANCELLED and REFUNDED.

    TWO free rounds of digital proofs are provided. Once proof is approved no changes can be made. If you see an error after proof is approved and production has started you will be required to pay additional cost for each that have been made incorrectly.


    Please order at least 3 weeks to your event date. If. you need an order for less then 2 weeks please confirm via email before the order. Not all colors are easily accessible. Any orders placed within 2 weeks are considered Rush Orders and will require you to add the “RUSH ORDER FEE” to your cart.

    • Once your order has been shipped, The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or broken items.for any lost, stolen, damaged or broken items. The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch will indeed package all items the best way we can but cannot guarantee nothing will arrive broke.

    Unfortunately No Refunds or Replacements will be issued.

    Once your order has been shipped, The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch is not responsible for any shipping delays due to weather, pandemic, or acts of God. No refunds will be provided for any shipping delays. 

     

    There will be no refunds if your package is returned to The Beautiful Gorgeous Touch or mis-delivered to wrong address, due to wrong address provided when ordering. Please triple check your shipping address BEFORE completing order.

    If you have to cancel your order due to party cancellation or postponment please contact us ASAP. You will be issued store credit for a future order within 6 months, minus any suplies already purchased to priduce your order..
